Third Interview Preparation





1.  Who do you plan to interview?  What is this person's area of expertise?

  • I am planning to interview a sale representation his name is Oskar Ruiz. He is responsible of obtaining new customers into the company currently they obtain the store from "food4less" distributors to expand the company. 
2.  Verify that you have called your interviewee to schedule an interview.  What is the date and time of the interview? 

  • I have not schedule with the interviewee the date and time for the interview but we have talked about it.  
3.  Phrase an open-ended question that will help you find research resources that would help to answer the EQ

  • As from your experience what do you suggest that I read to find the information that I need.
4.  Phrase an open-ended question that will help you think about other useful activities you might do to help you answer the EQ (IC2, possible experts to talk to, etc).

  • To know the information within my EQ what would you recommend me to do?
5.  Phrase two open-ended questions that help you to understand your interviewee's perspective on an aspect of your EQ. 

  • I'd like to help you find the best possible information. Can you tell me more about what you do with specific details?
  • I'd be interested in knowing how you will answer my EQ?

Blog 13: 10 Hour Mentorship Check-In



1.Where are you doing your mentorship?

  • For my mentorship I still going with the same mentor who is helping me on the best way the profit come from.  

2.Who is your contact?  What makes this person an expert?

  • My contact is Andres Jaramillo a owner of "Don Pedro's Meat" . Andres has been in the industry for over 10 years in this business so i think he has a n    
3.How many  hours have you done during the school year? .

  • I have done 107 hours during school year with my mentor.
4.Succinctly summarize what you did, how well you and your mentor worked together, and how you plan to complete the remaining hours.

  • When I arrive to my mentors office I quickly go straight to the office assistant because that's where I obtain the customerlist that I call. After I'm done calling the customers, I file papers and obtain the knowledge on what sale more and way. Sometime I can talk to the customers that come and buy the products

Blog 12: Holiday Project Update




1.  It is important to consistently work on your senior project, whether it is break or we are in school.  What did you do over the break with your senior project?
During the winter break have made 16 hours more for senior project. 

2.  What was the most important thing you learned from what you did, and why?  What was the source of what you learned?
As for the things I learn was have pasions with people within the business because some to the customers don't pay on the right time.
 
3.  Your third interview will be a 10 question interview related to possible answers for your EQ. Who do you plan to talk to and why?
For my three interview I'm planning to interview a sales representitives because they have view the reaction within the product selling.
